At Bloom, our mission is clear: we empower deserving people in emerging markets to significantly improve their standards of living through dignified work. Our Just Cause is to create a world where education and hard work pave a clear path to self-reliance, no matter where you are born.
In 2024, we witnessed remarkable growth and expansion. We doubled our operational capacity, expanded our corporate team, and increased our global workforce. This growth resulted in the creation of 1,997 jobs in roles such as customer service, inside sales, and support. We are committed to providing opportunities that lead to financial self-reliance for individuals worldwide.
Our impact goes beyond numbers. We surveyed over 3,000 Bloom and Springboard team members to assess the impact of their roles across various categories including Skills & Development, Pay & Productivity, Personal Wellbeing, Motivation & Sense of Accomplishment, and Job Security. The feedback we received highlighted the positive influence of remote work on financial stability, job satisfaction, work-life balance, career growth, and overall wellbeing.
