What's included in the $13 / hour rate?

Access to our unique talent pool of pre-vetted team members, hiring support from interviews to exit, simple payroll in the form of a monthly invoice, and ongoing support from our US-based Customer Support Manager.   

Do you offer pricing packages or plans?

Our model is pay-as-you-go by design. No long-term contracts. No placement fees. No surprises.

How does Hire Bloom's pricing compare to local hiring?

Domestic hiring starts at $20–25/hour and comes with up to 70% annual turnover. Hire Bloom is $13/hour with an 86% first-year retention rate. Lower cost, better results.

Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?

None. No recruitment fees, no onboarding charges, no management surcharges. What you see is what you pay.

Are there any contracts involved?

We have a standard Master Services Agreement contract that is pay-as-you-go and doesn't include any setup fees or annual commitments.

How do I pay my team members internationally?

You get a simple invoice from us each month as your US-based vendor and pay it as you pay any other vendor.
