When we founded Bloom in 2021, we had a simple but powerful mission: create dignified work opportunities for capable and deserving overseas talent. What started as a social-impact vision has grown into something extraordinary—a 23,153% four-year growth rate that reflects not just business success, but the incredible potential we've unlocked by connecting educated global talent with U.S. companies.

This year brought major milestones that showcase this growth. We moved into a larger office space here in Lehi and opened our first international office in Nairobi, Kenya. What's included in the $13 / hour rate?

Access to our unique talent pool of pre-vetted team members, hiring support from interviews to exit, simple payroll in the form of a monthly invoice, and ongoing support from our US-based Customer Support Manager.   

Do you offer pricing packages or plans?

Our model is pay-as-you-go by design. No long-term contracts. No placement fees. No surprises.

How does Hire Bloom's pricing compare to local hiring?

Domestic hiring starts at $20–25/hour and comes with up to 70% annual turnover. Hire Bloom is $13/hour with an 86% first-year retention rate. Lower cost, better results.

Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?

Are there any contracts involved?

We have a standard Master Services Agreement contract that is pay-as-you-go and doesn't include any setup fees or annual commitments.
