When we founded Bloom in 2021, we had a simple but powerful mission: create dignified work opportunities for capable and deserving overseas talent. What started as a social-impact vision has grown into something extraordinary—a 23,153% four-year growth rate that reflects not just business success, but the incredible potential we've unlocked by connecting educated global talent with U.S. companies.

This year brought major milestones that showcase this growth. We moved into a larger office space here in Lehi and opened our first international office in Nairobi, Kenya.
