Problem

Roofing innovator, Remi, experienced 50% QoQ growth in 2025. As you can imagine, this put some strain on their operations.. New roles were being created constantly, and existing teams were stretched as the company scaled.

As Londen Baum, the Quoting Team Manager, described it, “As the company is growing so fast, we’re constantly finding that we need different types of team members for different roles.”

Solution

Remi decided to switch to Bloom to intentionally design its operations for scale. They started with just one Bloom placement  on the quoting team, but the quality of talent exceeded expectations. They quickly scaled to 27 team members.

Despite time zone differences and complex schedules, Bloom team members adapted smoothly to Remi’s systems, communication style, and working hours.

In fact, Remi was so impressed with their Bloom team members that they restructured their organization. Rather than overloading leadership with executional work, Remi reorganized key operational functions—such as quoting, work orders, photo review, QA, permitting, and compliance—and staffed them with Bloom team members.

Bloom’s ability to move quickly was critical as Remi continued to evolve. New job profiles were created, teams were expanded, and Bloom consistently delivered qualified candidates within days. This allowed Remi to remain agile while maintaining structure during rapid growth.

Results

Today, Bloom team members play a central role in Remi’s operations.

Entire departments are now run by Bloom team members with internal leadership oversight. As accuracy standards increased, Bloom teams continued to exceed expectations and helped ensure consistent, high-quality execution.

By shifting administrative work to Bloom, Remi unlocked meaningful leadership leverage. Managers were able to focus on higher-level priorities rather than day-to-day task execution. By bringing on new hires through Bloom, Remi also saves $540,000 annually in wage costs.
