When we founded Bloom in 2021, we had a simple but powerful mission: create dignified work opportunities for capable and deserving overseas talent. What started as a social-impact vision has grown into something extraordinary—a 23,153% four-year growth rate that reflects not just business success, but the incredible potential we've unlocked by connecting educated global talent with U.S. companies.

This year brought major milestones that showcase this growth. We moved into a larger office space here in Lehi and opened our first international office in Nairobi, Kenya. But the achievement we're most proud of? Paying out over $10 million in wages to our team members around the world. That's $10 million in life-changing opportunities, in dreams realized, in families supported.

Our name and logo—a growing plant—represent exactly what we're doing: helping people flourish through economic opportunity. It turned out there was a profound need we could solve for U.S. companies as well, creating a true win-win scenario. Quality talent gains meaningful work, and companies gain dedicated team members who bring exceptional skill and commitment.

One of our favorite parts of Bloom culture is our biweekly ritual: our entire 36-person corporate team conducts 1:1 video calls with team members in other countries.
