Our 2025 Global Impact

As we reflect on the milestones of 2025, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for the growth and transformation we have witnessed within our global community. This year, Hire Bloom moved into a new Utah headquarters and established our first international office in Nairobi, Kenya, expanding our capacity to connect talented individuals in emerging markets with meaningful work.

The Mission Behind the Milestones

Our mission is simple yet profound: to empower deserving people in emerging markets to significantly improve their standards of living and reach their full potential through dignified work. We achieve this through two connected companies: Hire Bloom, which helps US companies hire and embed international professionals into their teams, and Springboard, which provides BYU-Pathway students with remote-work opportunities and resume-building experience.

Together, these initiatives bring individuals into the global online economy, creating a ripple effect of benefits for their families and local communities. Our talent is exceptional; by sourcing primarily through BYU-Pathway Worldwide, we work with professionals who are not only US-accredited and fluent in English but also deeply committed to their roles. This dedication is reflected in our 86% average retention rate, far exceeding traditional industry standards.

The data from 2025 highlights a workforce that is growing in both skill and stability. Across our operations in 63 countries and 6 continents, we are seeing life-changing results.

  • 95% of our team members report that their roles have helped them develop new or improved skills.
  • 89% expressed satisfaction with the training and professional development opportunities provided.
  • 74% of our workforce holds a US-accredited college degree.

Financial and Personal Wellbeing

  • 82% of team members reported an improved financial situation since joining Hire Bloom.
  • Individuals have seen an average of 3x income growth.
  • 81% report that their emotional well-being has improved, and 83% rate their work-life balance as good or excellent.

When our team members earn more, they invest back into their futures. Specifically, 58% of Hire Bloom team members are putting their additional income into savings, and 56% of the combined workforce is investing in further education.

While stats provide the framework, the individual stories of our team members provide the heart of our mission.

Robert: Success with a Soul

In El Salvador, Roberto Chavez started as a customer service agent and quickly rose to the rank of Customer Support Manager. His income has tripled since joining Hire Bloom, allowing him to invest in his future and support his family.

However, Robert’s impact extends to his community. A passionate soccer player, Robert noticed many of the children he plays with didn't have shoes. Using his resources, he recently took five local children to the mall to pick out new shoes. "It felt good, like I’m doing something," Robert shares. "I believe there's a lot of potential in what we do... the sky's the limit".

Jennifer: Empowering a Community

Jennifer Bieh, an Inside Sales professional in Nigeria, graduated from a university in London but found limited local opportunities until a friend introduced her to Hire Bloom. Her energy and dedication led her to a management position after only seven months.

Jennifer is now using her financial resources to lift others in her church. Many in her community could thrive in remote work but lack the necessary hardware. Jennifer helps them by buying laptops so they can also access the global economy. "Honestly, you just do a whole lot of good when you have these resources," she says.

Diana: From Rebuilding to Leading

After the pandemic forced the closure of her business and the tragic loss of her husband in 2022, Diana Garcia found herself rebuilding her life from zero while raising three children. She needed more than just a job; she needed stability and flexibility.

Since joining Hire Bloom as a QA Analyst in Colombia, Diana has grown alongside the company. She now trains new teammates and handles increased responsibilities. "I’m not just surviving anymore, I’m building a life," Diana says. "I can be present for my children, serve in my church, and have stability at the same time".

Delivering Value to Our Clients

Impact isn't just felt by our team members; it’s a competitive advantage for our clients. In 2025, Hire Bloom achieved an NPS score of 76 and helped clients to save an estimated $21,000 per team member per year.

Our partnership with Remi, a roofing innovator, serves as a prime example. Facing 50% quarter-over-quarter growth, Remi partnered with us to scale from one placement to 38 team members. This collaboration saved Remi over 320 recruiting hours and approximately $712,000 in annual costs.

As Dave Peterson, Chief Construction Officer at Remi, put it: "We'd struggle to do it without being able to ask Hire Bloom to very reliably find candidates within days".
