Hire Bloom Named No. 8 on the 2026 Inc. Regionals: Rocky Mountains List

Inc.'s Regionals is the regional extension of the national Inc. 5000 — one of the most respected benchmarks of business growth in the country. The sixth annual edition ranks the fastest-growing privately held companies across Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado based on two full years of revenue growth: 2022 through 2024. This year, 69 companies earned a spot, with a median growth rate of 118%. Together, they added 5,364 jobs and $1.4 billion to the Rocky Mountain economy.

We're proud to be part of that story. But what we're most proud of isn't the ranking itself — it's what's behind it.

When we founded Hire Bloom in 2021, the mission was simple: create dignified work opportunities for talented, educated people overseas who were ready to contribute to world-class teams. What started as a social-impact vision has grown into something we couldn't have predicted — a company that's genuinely changing the way U.S. businesses think about building their teams. Turns out, there was a profound need on both sides of the equation, and we were in a position to solve it.

This two-year stretch brought some of the biggest milestones in our company's history. We expanded our headquarters here in Lehi and opened our first international office in Nairobi, Kenya. We crossed $10 million in total wages paid to Hire Bloom team members around the world — $10 million in life-changing opportunity, in dreams realized, in families supported. And we've watched client after client scale faster because of the work their Hire Bloom team members do.
