Libre LLC dba Hire Bloom (“Sponsor”) is sponsoring a sweepstakes to give away one (1) Blackstone 36-inch 4-burner griddle cooking station (“Promotion”) to a participant in the State of Pest Control 2027 survey (“Survey”), which Sponsor is conducting with Baton Leads, Inc. (“Partner”). The Promotion is valid only in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. It is void in any other location and where prohibited by law.
To be eligible, participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, a resident of one of the 50 states or District of Columbia. In addition, to qualify for participation in the Promotion, you and your company must meet the following requirements: (1) your company must provide pest control services, such as general pest, termite, rodent, mosquito, or wildlife control, to residential or commercial customers in the United States as a regular part of its business; (2) your company must hold any pest control business license or registration required by the state(s) in which it operates; and (3) you must be an owner, officer, or employee of that company.
Individuals employed by businesses that sell products or services to pest control companies, including manufacturers, distributors, software providers, marketing agencies, staffing firms, consultants, and investors, are not eligible unless they also meet the requirements above. Sponsor may require reasonable proof of eligibility, such as a company email address, state license number, or employer verification.
The Promotion begins on October 14, 2026 at 12:00am PT and ends on Nov 6, 2026 at 11:59pm PT (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You are not a winner until your participation has been verified, your entry has been deemed valid, and you receive official notification from us.
There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate in the Promotion. Any purchase does not increase your chances of winning. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
A. Survey Entry. Complete the Survey at www.hirebloom.com/state-of-pest-control-survey-2027 during the Promotion Period and provide your name and email address where requested. Each person who completes the Survey (by answering all Survey questions and submitting the Survey by pressing the “Submit” button) receives one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
B. Alternate Method of Entry. You may enter without completing the Survey by emailing sales@hirebloom.com with the subject line “State of Pest Control Sweepstakes” and your full name, email address, company name, and job title. Emails must be received during the Promotion Period. Alternate entries have the same chance of winning as Survey entries.
C. Void Entries. Any entry that does not meet these Terms is void and will not be counted. Entries are non-transferable and do not carry over to any other sweepstakes. We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify anyone who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the Promotion. Entries made by automated means or through multiple email addresses are void.
D. Use of Information. Survey responses are reported only in aggregate. We will not publish your individual answers or attribute them to you or your company without your separate permission. Survey responses may be shared with Partner for use in the State of Pest Control 2027 report. By entering, you agree that we may contact you about the Promotion and the report, subject to our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”). You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time without affecting your participation or chances of winning. We may publicly announce the winner’s first name, last initial, and state. All processing of your personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy.
On or about November 15, 2026, we will randomly select one (1) winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. If there is a dispute about who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed made by the person whose name and email address appear on it. We may require proof of identity and eligibility, including valid government ID. Failure to provide requested proof may result in disqualification. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Blackstone 36-inch 4-burner propane griddle cooking station with foldable legs, grease pan, and storage rack (“Prize”). Approximate retail value: $399.
The Prize has no cash value. We do not allow substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of the Prize except at our sole discretion. If we cannot award the Prize for any reason, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Blackstone Products and Amazon.com are not sponsors of this Promotion. The Prize will be shipped to the winner at a U.S. address provided by the winner. The Prize is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and terms; Sponsor makes no additional warranty. Propane tank not included; assembly may be required. Any difference between the stated and actual retail value will not be awarded.
The winner is solely responsible for any taxes that result from winning and accepting the Prize.
We will notify the winner by email, using the contact information provided at entry. We may require the winner to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release. The winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification or may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected at random. If we cannot verify a winner’s identity, or the winner fails to claim or declines the Prize, we may award the Prize to another randomly selected eligible participant and will have no further obligation to the original winner.
Owners, directors, officers, employees, and contractors of Sponsor and Partner, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible to participate in or win the Promotion.
IN NO CASE SHALL SPONSOR, PARTNER, OR THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY ASSEMBLY, SAFE USE OF THE PRIZE, INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR THE SURVEY, OR FROM ANY PRIZE WON OR ACCEPTED, INCLUDING ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES OR JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
All participants and winners agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsor and Partner and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made in connection with the Promotion or the Prize.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, in our sole discretion, if we determine that it cannot be run as planned. If we terminate the Promotion early, we may select a winner from eligible entries received up to that time.
Utah law governs your participation in the Promotion. By entering, you irrevocably consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Salt Lake County, State of Utah.
